Here's a list of important things to bring and key things to check before you hit the trails: Mountain Bike: Make sure you have a well maintained bike that is in good working order and ensure it's suitable for the trails you'll be riding. Helmet: A must-have for safety. Make sure it fits properly. Protection: It is ideal to have riding gloves and protection for extra safety Hydration: Make sure to bring some form of hydration to keep you hydrated
